Our aim is to Know, Show, and Share God's Love!
Our Community
A Little Bit About Us
We are a small church of about 100, located in a rural community about 15 min. from Lynden, Ferndale and Bellingham.
We are mostly blue-collar with backgrounds in farming which  explains our down-to-earth character.

While we are far from perfect, we are sincere in our desire to honor and serve God not only at church but wherever we are.
"The way God designed our bodies is a model for understanding our lives together as a church: every part dependent on every other part, the parts we mention and the parts we don’t, the parts we see and the parts we don’t. If one part hurts, every other part is involved in the hurt, and in the healing. If one part flourishes, every other part enters into the exuberance." -
(I Corinthians 12:25-26 The Message)
Opportunities to be Involved
Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administrating God's grace in its various forms.  I Peter 4:10

Skookum Kids
Website - SkookumKids.org

To repair the foster care system by eliminating the pain points that cause unnecessary stress for foster parents.

Vision - "Skookum Kids bring fresh ideas and new energy to a broken system. Foster care has a bad reputation—sometimes deserved—but we see hope and change.

We believe the world is full of people who want to help but don't know how, so we craft a suite of volunteer opportunities so that everyone can participate in this important work. These volunteer opportunities range from one-time events ideal for large groups to year-long commitments that enable a sustained relationship with a particular child. We take great pride in finding the right way for every person to participate in this revolution.

Our approach to caring for foster children is both innovative and common sense. We are changing the world, and we'd love to have you along for the ride."

the jesus study
"The purpose of this small group is to help people in the downtown culture of Bellingham experience the transformative power of God’s written Word."
the ladies meeting
"The purpose is that women would teach one another to be women of God, keeping their homes, loving their husbands if they are married, and taking care of their children. They study the Word together and encourage women, whether single or married, to serve God faithfully."
The men's meeting
"The purpose is that men would be men of God who sacrifice their lives for others, especially women and children according to God’s Word."
Street night
"A ministry of Envision that goes into the streets with the Gospel. We host groups that do prayer walks with us downtown and evangelism. We also pray beforehand to see who God wants us to meet and share the Gospel of His love with them. Our goal is summed up in three M’s: Meet someone, Meet a need, and Make an observation or testimony afterwards.  Now we are partnering with Rising Hope Ministry, a street ministry led by Jon Ng."
